ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to Legal Residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid corporate e-mail address. Identification must be produced on request. Entrants must possess a full CLOC Conference pass, in his or her name to be eligible. No purchase is necessary. Contest is void where prohibited. Employees and their immediate families of SimpleLegal (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on April 12, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 10, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the SimpleLegal booth at the CLOC 2017 Conference, or visit the SimpleLegal at CLOC page (http://info.simplelegal.com/cloc-2017) and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form with a valid email address, between 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on April 12, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 10, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 10, 2017 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/corporate email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries received from any person/corporate email address will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entries. Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and Conditions. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
PRIZE SELECTION: Three (3) winners will be selected at random on or about May 10, 2017 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within 5 days of attempted notification. If such documents are not returned within a specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
PRIZE DETAILS: The winners, chosen at random, will receive a GoPro HERO5 camera (valued at $399.99). Three cameras will be given away during the week of the conference. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor is unable to provide any element of the prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The prize package is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable. All expenses not specified above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. Winners may be required to provide a shipping address to claim prize. GoPro, HERO, Karma, Session and their respective logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of GoPro, Inc. GoPro is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
LIABILITY: In accepting the prize, the winners acknowledges that SimpleLegal and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from entrants’ participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or mis-use of any prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. Entrants and Winners assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or mis-use of any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control, including, without limitation, insufficient volume of eligible entries, and to select winners from eligible entries received on or before the termination date Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. This contest is in no way affiliated with CLOC or the CLOC event.
